Production methods

(1) reduction by p-nitroacetophenone: stannous chloride and concentrated hydrochloric acid were put into the reaction tank, cooled and stirred to add p-nitroacetophenone.When the temperature rose to 90℃ naturally, it was cooled rapidly to 85℃ and then cooled to room temperature. After stirring for 1h, it was filtered. The cake was added with excessive sodium hydroxide solution to decompose the complex.After filtration, the crude p-aminophenylacetophenone can be obtained, and the refined products with melting point of 105-106℃ can be obtained by recrystallization when using dilute ethanol.The 61% yield can also be reduced by replacing stannous chloride with iron powder and sodium chloride.

(2) acetaminophenone is prepared from acetaniline and acetic anhydride, which is then hydrolyzed and neutralized.The mixture of acetic anhydride, acetylbenzene and anhydrous zinc chloride should be kept slightly boiling for 5h, then slightly cool, pour in concentrated hydrochloric acid, reflux hydrolyze for 5h, place at room temperature, add 25% sodium hydroxide to adjust pH for 7-8, pass in steam to remove aniline, filter with decolorizing carbon, reduce pressure and concentrate, and cool until orange yellow crystal.Strain dry coarse product.Recrystallization of purified water.(3) acetic anhydride, acetanilide in a ratio of 1:1 (mole ratio) and catalytic amounts of anhydrous zinc chloride mixing, heating reflux 5 h, continue to return after adding concentrated hydrochloric acid hydrolysis of 5 h: after the reaction, let stand for cooling to room temperature, adding 25% sodium hydroxide solution to oil-water obvious stratification, adding water in the reservoir isolated, with 25% naoh to adjust ph value to 7 ~ 8, and then steamed out of aniline by steam distillation.The remaining products were decolorized with activated carbon, filtered filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure, and then recrystallized with water to make pure p-aminophenylacetophenone.
